Delivery & Returns


Orders will be processed within 24 hours during normal periods. Busy periods may take a little longer to dispatch although this is rare.

Shipping to UK addresses:

Shipping is free of charge for UK addresses. The majority of items are delivered within 2-3 days, however please allow up to 5 working days. 

International shipping (outside of UK):

Shipping fees to countries outside of the UK are calculated at the checkout. The courier service used will vary according to the items ordered. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for delivery depending on the shipping address.

PLEASE NOTE the customer is entirely responsible for ensuring any import duty and/or sales tax is paid for the appropriate country. Clior Ltd will ensure an export declaration label has been applied to the parcel as required by law. From 1st January 2021, countries outside of the UK will see products on the Clior® website as Zero Rated (0%) for VAT. Individuals will be responsible for ensuring they pay the appropriate import and VAT duties applicable to their own country.

Failed Deliveries

We use a variety of couriers depending on the parcel weight, shipping address and availability. Whilst we do our best to ensure every parcel arrives safely and within stated timescales, it is feasible that errors may occur from time to time. Where these errors are the fault of CLIOR® or our selected couriers, we will ensure a suitable solution is found as soon as we’re made aware of the issue, at no additional cost to the customer. However, where the customer has supplied incorrect payment details, or shipping details, or has not been available to accept the delivery of a parcel, CLIOR® will not be held liable for any subsequent losses or resulting damages.


It is important to follow the steps below if you wish to return any products purchased directly from Clior®.

  1. Complete the contact us form stating your order number, date, name and email address. 
  2. Once we have verified your order, you will receive a reply by email with a returns reference number and confirm the postal address you will need to ship your return product to. Do not ship your return to us until you’ve received the returns reference number.
  3. Upon receipt of the return, this will be inspected and refunds processed where applicable.

Returns will only be accepted if the product was purchased directly from Clior® and on presentation of a valid order number, name and email address.

Refunds will only be offered where the product has not been used, and where the refund has been requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
