We’re doing everything we can to ensure customers can purchase essential supplies of vitamins and minerals during the global COVID-19 pandemic. Whilst the UK is in lock-down, we’ve temporarily stopped all production of new stock. However, we have healthy stock levels in our UK warehouses of our main products which should see customers through the period.
At present, all orders placed online are being processed within usual service times (currently within 24 hours of order receipt). If this changes in future, we’ll update this page and let customers know.
In addition, we’re ensuring our warehousing and fulfilment agencies introduce recommended safety measures during the pandemic. It is essential that everyone plays their part in trying to contain the spread of the virus wherever possible. To this end, we have put additional safety measures in place to our existing stringent working practices to ensure staff are protected.
